Vision Walk Terms of Use
Effective: September 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and MythGate ("we," "us") covering the Vision Walk app. By using the app, you accept them.
What Vision Walk is — and is not
Vision Walk is a walking-affirmations practice: cards you read, speak, or hold quietly while you move. It is a wellbeing companion, not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a doctor or mental-health professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional; if you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
Walk safely. Stay aware of traffic and terrain, and follow local law. You are responsible for your surroundings while you use the app.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard App Store terms. Do not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content (the affirmation library, artwork, and themes) outside the app.
Your words
Affirmations you write are yours. They are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy) and we claim no ownership or license over them.
Sharing cards with other walkers
Sharing is optional and requires signing in with Apple and choosing a pen name. When you share a card, you keep ownership of your words and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, display, and distribute that card, its theme, and its made-voice recordings within Vision Walk, credited to your pen name, for as long as the card remains shared. You confirm that the card is yours to share and does not violate the community standards below.
Community standards. Shared cards must be affirmations in your own words. Do not share medical, therapeutic, or outcome claims; content about self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; harassment; hate; sexual content; spam or advertising; or anything that impersonates another person or brand. Pen names follow the same rules. We review shared cards and pen names, automatically and by hand, and may hold, remove, or decline to publish any of them without notice or explanation. We may suspend sharing for accounts that break these standards.
Reports and blocks. You can report any shared card or pen name and block any pen name. We act on reports within 24 hours, and immediately for content about self-harm.
Leaving and deleting. You can leave the community at any time; your pen name is released and your shared cards remain, credited to "a walker who came before". You can delete your account at any time, which removes your pen name and your shared cards from Vision Walk. Both are in Settings; deleting the app does not do either.
Subscriptions
Vision Walk+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple:
- Annual — $59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers.
- Monthly — $9.99/month, with no free trial.
Prices above are U.S. launch prices. Your local price and trial eligibility are shown before purchase in the App Store. Previously purchased weekly subscriptions and lifetime access remain honored under their original terms.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. An unused trial is forfeited when you purchase. Prices may change for new billing periods with notice through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Fair use
Use the app for your own practice. Do not use it to break the law, probe or disrupt the service, or mislead others about what it is.
The honest disclaimers
The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and material changes will be presented in the app. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend use that violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligations under them beyond the App Store terms.
